1-1/2" diameter gauges are constructed using reliable brass internal parts and have a 1/8"NPT male fitting on the backside of the gauge. Dry gauges feature a chrome plated steel housing, while glycerin-filled gauges feature a stainless steel housing helping to dampen the effect of pulsation and pressure spikes of the gauge needle.
