Easily transfer low viscosity fluids from most popular utility jugs without lifting a heavy jug by converting jug into a hand pump unit. Kit includes a cap and hand pump to replace the original utility jug cap. Individual cap may be purchased separately when using an existing pump. Pump siphon tube will need to be cut to length depending on the size of jug used.
