MPI-D4-15 – DIRT CIRCLE TRACK STEERING WHEEL

The D Model is the first dirt steering wheel MPI ever produced. It was developed with the help of Donny Schatz, the most successful dirt racer in history.

The D represents the pinnacle of MPI’s dirt line of wheels. It is engineered using technology developed for MPI’s stock car models to create the most advanced, safest, and most ergonomic dirt steering wheel on the market.

What makes the D wheel unique is its innovative grip feel, attention to detail in construction, and the MPI technology used to enhance safety. The inner structure is engineered to deform under elevated impacts, absorbing load and reducing the effect on the driver’s upper body—providing a true engineered safety advantage. The inner foam injection is developed to deliver the highest vibration absorption rate in the industry. The new extreme oval-shaped grip allows the wheel to feel natural in the driver’s hands.

What sets the D4-15 apart is its new Hyper Grip material grip. Made with textured polyurethane injected foam and partially wrapped in MPI’s new Hypergrip material, this grip is designed for maximum control and a natural feel. The Hypergrip material maintains its hold even during one-handed driving and extended use, helping reduce fatigue in intense conditions. The grip is finished with a durable and sporty MPI Orange™ cross-stitched technique, adding both function and flair.

Each wheel is individually serial-numbered for traceability and comes complete with MPI’s signature attention to detail, along with a super-light center pad for added driver protection.
